Coach Conversations

During the summer of 2020, all of us were looking at the world a little differently. Collectively, many of us were evolving our perspective on the values that mattered to us most. And, we were all Zooming. A lot. Coach Conversations developed at the intersection of those shifts. This (mostly) monthly YouTube series brought together top-line talent and gave them the space to go deep on topics a handbag company normally wouldn’t touch.

From helping to sell-in leadership on the series to making edits up to airtime, I was closely wrapped up in this project. I helped develop its name and tagline, worked up an editorial calendar that tied talent and topics to select affinity months, researched and helped script the conversations, and offered editing notes in post. You can see every episode below.

Coach Convos was a YouTube-first series, but not everyone has the ~20 minutes it takes to sit through a conversation. So, we made sure to lift the best sound bytes from every discussion and serve them up to our audience on Instagram, too.

And of course, we made sure to share each with episode with our most devoted the customers: the ones who signed up for email.
